Cornerstone has an opening for a Licensed Plumber who wants to take the next step in their career. We are a company who is growing aggressively and with such a growing company we want only the very best & very motivated Licensed Plumbers to apply.

We are looking for a highly technical and professional residential plumber who likes to serve people and can provide exceptional service. Our plumbers provide plumbing repairs and services. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes & businesses while utilizing customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing services, products, and finance options.

Requirements of the Plumber:

  • Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education

  • Must meet or exceed company minimums

  • Must maintain a positive attitude

  • Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have Massachusetts & NH plumbing & gas licenses to apply

  • Must be flexible and realize we are a SERVICE based company

  • Typical work week is eight to ten-hour workdays, 5 days per week with regular weekend work when on call.

HVAC Service Technician

Requirements of the HVAC Service Technician:

  • Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education

  • Must meet or exceed company minimums

  • Must maintain a positive attitude

  • Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job

  • Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes

  • Must be able to draw simple diagrams and be able to read blue prints and other diagrams

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend and lift for prolonged periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Professional Handyman

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of a residence or company premises. To include such things as drywall, painting, patching, carpentry, changing windows, doors, deck building, etc.

 

We’ll rely on you to keep our customers homes/businesses in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Definitely hands on and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.


Requirements of the Handyman:
