The HVAC Service Technician will provide HVAC system repairs and services. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes & businesses and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products, and finance options.

Requirements of the HVAC Service Technician:

• Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education

• Must meet or exceed company minimums

• Must maintain a positive attitude

• Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job

• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes

• Must be able to draw simple diagrams and be able to read blue prints and other diagrams

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

• Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend and lift for prolonged periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Professional Handyman

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of a residence or company premises. To include such things as drywall, painting, patching, carpentry, changing windows, doors, deck building, etc.

We’ll rely on you to keep our customers homes/businesses in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Definitely hands on and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Requirements of the Handyman:

Typical work week is eight to ten-hour workdays, 5 days per week with regular weekend work when on call.
